On June 10th, Alicia Abad, Innovation Agent at iTEAM, and Elena Boronat, Coordinator of UCIE at iTEAM, attended the course “Generative Intelligence Applied to R&D Management,” organized by IVACE+i as part of the training program “Training for the Innoagents Network.” The course was taught by Alex Martínez Martínez, a PhD student in the IA3 group at the Institute of New Image Technologies (INIT) – Generative AI, Universitat Jaume I.
The training was followed by a Knowledge Exchange Session during which the Innoagents worked alongside David Sancho, Co-founder & CEO of LIUX; Patricia Carbonell, Assistant Director at PCEX; Javier Barahona, Founder & CEO of Abervian and President of AVVE; and Wojtek Siudzinski, Founder & CEO of Gaia Charge, to analyze and propose innovative solutions to their technological challenges.
Through these two activities, the Innoagents strengthened their professional skills, acquiring competencies in new generative AI tools and bolstered the network through collaboration in solving technological challenges. The presence of the aforementioned companies enhanced the impact of the knowledge exchange session, providing a business perspective on R&D management.
The event took place at the Institute of Integrative Systems Biology (I2SysBio) located in the Science Park of the University of Valencia, where we were welcomed by Emilia Matallana Redondo (CSIC UV) and Daniel Ramón, ADM. We thank IVACE+i for organizing these experiences that foster collaboration and the creation of a network of innovation agents in the Valencian Community.
