COMM maintains a cooperation agreement with Juniper Networks through which the company donates equipment and Software Development Kits to the COMM laboratory. The equipment consists of edge and core network devices (MPLS routers, switches, routerboard, services gateway) able to replicate large network deployments in laboratory conditions. The SDKs provide access to the forwarding plane of network equipment and allows applications to perform packet level operations over data connections.
